Responsibilities

  • Product road map building:
  1. understand client needs
  2. split development into stages: from Proof of concept to production solution
  3. be ready to discover tech requirements from customers
  • Architecture building:
  1. data service for streaming real-time (seconds) data
  2. data service to store historical data
  3. prepare scalable architecture for high load
  4. prepare benchmarks and tests for Proof-of-concept solutions and understand potential bottlenecks
  • Team management:
  1. sprint planing
  2. capacity management
  3. manage discovery/delivery cycles
  4. risk/timelines management
  • Tech driving:
  1. explore competitors architectures and new approaches
  2. “hack” problems that no-one solve yet in the crypto area

Requirements

  • Must have:
  1. Product obsessed: be ready to communicate with customers on tech topics, understand how to configure MVP according to team capacity and startup-timelines
  2. System design skills: how to build architecture, how to test it, which benchmarks to use, have wide tech overview
  3. Team management skills: understand how to collect capacity data, how to build discovery/delivery processes, how to identify the complexity and decompose tasks for data services development
  • Nice to have:
  1. Experience or interest in web3 / crypto domain
  2. Be ready for coding: be able to write prod-ready code, at least on early / MVP stages
  3. High load systems experience as a senior developer / tech lead
  4. ML experience: building as a senior developer / tech lead
