Responsibilities
Our primary goal is to take care about our customers around the world and provide them with high-quality customer support. So we are looking for a Support manager to answer clients' requests in Asian market (and appropriate time zones).
- Provide excellent customer service through regular, proactive, and valuable customer contact and by responding quickly to incoming queries.
- Understand product infrastructure.
- Serve as single point of contact on customer priorities and ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Time zones UTC+9 or UTC+8 are plus
Requirements
- Experience within the web3 industry would be your advantage;
- Passionate about creating value for our customers
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
