Responsibilities

- Provision and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD.
- Design, provision, and manage kubernetes deployments following gitops best practices.
- Proactively plan and implement necessary security updates and patches to ensure infrastructure reliability and security.
- Design robust solutions for monitoring and alerting, including service level metrics.
- Take part in a 24/7 on-call rota.
- Constantly seek to improve infrastructure by carrying out process and deployment reviews, actively participating in architectural discussions and demonstrate technical presentations.
- Consistently collaborate with passionate, enthusiastic like-minded colleagues across engineering and the broader web3 community.

Requirements

- Profound knowledge of Linux environments, encompassing both hardware configurations and software operations.
- Strong familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools such as Terraform, Ansible and Git.
- Experience with core services in cloud providers such as GCP and Oracle Cloud.
- Demonstrated expertise in consistently deploying applications to kubernetes using tools such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, HashiCorp Vault, and Helm.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming with languages such as Shell, Python and/or Golang. Skilled in configuring accurate monitoring and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Loki, Grafana Agent and/or VMagent and Grafana. Nice to Have
- Experience running and configuring blockchain nodes / validators.
- Knowledge of the cosmos ecosystem (nice to have).
