Sr. Designer at Neutron

• Participate in all aspects of the design process (research, ideation, design, and testing)
• You will be responsible for illustrations, company websites, user interfaces, animations, merchandising and event branding, etc
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Visualise and execute compelling design collateral that promotes the Neutron story
• Maintain and evolve creative process, asset management systems, toolkits, templates, guides, and Neutron brand collateral
• Contribute to the overall growth and culture of the design team

• 4+ years of experience designing user interfaces for web-digital products
• You can speak English fluently 
• Strong portfolio with best-in-class work across platforms and experiences that highlights your approach to problem solving
• You have strong UI skills. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Have experience with motion design and environmental design 
• Mastery of current design processes, methodologies, and tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, Spline, etc.
• A passion for exploring new design methods, creative processes, tools, and emerging technologies
