Social Media Manager

Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager (SMM) at P2P.org will be responsible for
- Strategically growing the brand awareness of P2P.org within the crypto industry
- B2B marketing targeting institutional clients and community marketing targeting blockchain projects we collaborate with
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with P2P.org's marketing goals and target audience
- Identifying key social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Reddit, and more, to
- Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing will be essential for adapting strategies and maximising effectiveness
- Managing P2P.org's social media channels including maintaining consistent branding and messaging, creating engaging content tailored to different platforms, scheduling and publishing posts, and promptly responding to comments and inquiries
- Developing and executing community-driven campaigns and initiatives to foster engagement and loyalty
- Coordinating with the customer support team to address customer inquiries or concerns raised through social media channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, must have experience in the crypto industry or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
- Strong understanding of the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and related trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimise social media performance.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
