Senior SRE Manager (ETH Ecosystem)

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager at P2P.org, you will lead and inspire a teams of engineers, Tech Leads, and managers working on cutting-edge blockchain technologies, driving technical excellence, and contributing to the company’s strategic direction. You will be responsible for managing the development of innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that power decentralized networks and financial services. This role requires a blend of leadership, deep technical expertise, and a passion for blockchain technologies.

• Leadership: Lead and mentor teams of engineers, Tech Leads, and managers; and set project goals, assign tasks, monitor progress to foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement
• Technical Drive and Expertise: Collaborate closely with tech leads to help drive and co-own the technology plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while incorporating automation strategies
• Provide Technical Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of blockchain-based solutions, with a strong emphasis on automation, security, scalability, and performance
• Communication: Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery and meeting business objectives
• Resource Allocation: Manage resources, including budget and personnel to achieve project goals
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
• Innovation: Encourage innovation and experimentation, and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to improve engineering processes and products with optimisation through automation
• Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and growth, and develop team members’ skills and expertise
• Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Community: Add expectation to drive and foster technical relationship with Ethereum foundation and other BC foundations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, deep understanding of configuration management tool (Ansible) and IaC (Terraform)
• Strong technical background and hands on experience in modern technologies (cloud-based, on-prem, kubernetes, IaC)
• Experience with DevOps practices, cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience of designing, building and managing secure services in production environments
