Senior Smart Contract Developer

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain
- Implement and manage smart contracts for various decentralized applications (dApps)
- Ensure secure and efficient deployment and operation of smart contracts
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable and reliable decentralized systems
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to ensure high-quality code
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in blockchain development, with a focus on Ethereum and preferably Layer 2 solutions
- Contributions: Active participation in the blockchain community, with contributions to open-source projects or participation in hackathons
Technical Skills
- Blockchain Development: Proficient in developing smart contracts using Solidity and other relevant languages
- Decentralized Applications (dApps): Experience in building and deploying decentralized applications, including both front-end and back-end development
- Layer 2 Solutions: Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions such as Optimism (OP Stack), Arbitrum, or zk-rollups
- Smart Contract Security: Understanding of security best practices for smart contract development and the ability to implement robust security measures
- Tools and Frameworks: Familiarity with development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, OpenZeppelin, and frameworks like Web3.js or Ethers.js
- Testing: Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies specific to blockchain applications

- Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders, ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements
