Delivery manager

• Lead and manage projects with 30+ team members.
• Develop and implement effective project plans and strategies.
• Monitor project progress and timelines. Ensure quality control throughout project life cycles.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Address and resolve any team-related issues.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Be in charge of TTM

• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing teams of 30+ people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Certifications: Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong plus.
• Interest or background in cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Fluent English
