Senior Backend Developer (Nest.js)

Responsibilities

  • The relentless enhancement of APIs and services to facilitate automated staking across a growing array of networks
  • Creating diverse integrations with both in-house and third-party services to furnish precise data for our clientele
  • Fortifying the security, optimizing performance, and ensuring the stability of our proprietary products
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owner and QA team to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Proactively tackle technical challenges, suggest and implement new ideas

  • Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GCP

Requirements

  • Technical higher education
  • 5+ years of back-end development experience
  • Experience with Nest.js
  • Good knowledge on databases, relational and document-oriented
  • Knowledge on cache and its invalidation
  • Experience with monitoring and profiling your code
  • Docker, DevOps basics: building projects that are decoupled from their runtime environment
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Heroku, AWS etc.) and building with their limitations and strengths in mind
  • Fluent spoken English (all meetings are in English)
  • Experience working in a team, openness in communication
  • Experience of setting up and using online profiling, logging and monitoring tools
  • Basic knowledge of how blockchain networks based on Proof-of-Stake consensus are working as a plus
