We are seeking to hire a Revenue manager to oversee detailed expense analysis and handle effective communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop budgets and financial plans to achieve revenue targets. This includes setting revenue goals, creating financial models, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of performance for each business streams/networks, identify key drivers and trends, and provide insights to improve revenue generation.

    • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, direct cost, gross margin, TVL.
    • Analyzing profitability metrics, and cost drivers to optimize financial performance.
    • Analyzing direct costs to identify areas of inefficiency, cost-saving opportunities, and ways to optimize resource allocation.
    • Collaborating with business units to optimize resource allocation and prioritize investments based on financial objectives and strategic priorities.
    • Preparing regular financial reports on performance for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
    • Developing and conducting factor analysis for revenue, direct cost and TVL.
  • Ensure accuracy for client bonus calculation, automate the process and monitor on-time payments.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve revenue-related processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Business Development, Product team, Data team, and finance, to align revenue and GM objectives with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Education in finance (a bachelor's degree at minimum in finance, accounting or economics)
  • Proven strong track record in finance-related roles at least 3 years
  • Understanding of corporate finance, financial statement analysis and valuation techniques
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful insights
  • Strong technical skills in financial analysis tools and software
  • Effective communication skills
  • Fluent English
