Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviews, offers, and closing.
- Develop innovative recruiting strategies and build a robust pipeline of candidates for key and recurring roles.
- Assist in HR initiatives, recruitment marketing, and employer branding efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with managers through regular updates and consistent communication.
- Manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring effective engagement and optimal usage.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
- Extensive background and proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting professionals across various levels and functions.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proven experience recruiting for both technical and business roles
