Responsibilities
As a frontend developer at Lido on Solana, you'll have the chance to develop your skills and push the boundaries of what's possible in the world of decentralized finance. You'll work on a platform that's revolutionizing the staking industry and driving innovation in DeFi. However, you'll also face challenges such as developing secure and reliable software, keeping up with the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, and scaling the platform to meet growing demand.
- Develop and maintain Web3 Front-End apps
- Write tests and technical documentation
- Define scope for technical tasks, conduct tech research
- Collaborate with tech support
- Lead teams of junior developers and mentor colleagues
- Work closely with designers to create seamless user experiences
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Web3 and DeFi trends and technologies, and share your knowledge with colleagues
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on Web3 technologies and DeFi applications
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Javascript and next.js
- Deep knowledge and experience with Web3 technologies and front-end libraries (Solana adapters, Ethereum libraries)
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting, as well as DevOps basics like CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration
- Excellent communication skills in English (B1+)
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide solutions
- A strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment
- A technical higher education degree or equivalent experience
