Responsibilities

  • Work alongside another PM to support our growth in the Cosmos ecosystem
  • Fully own a sub-set of our blockchain portfolio in the Cosmos ecosystem, i.e. be responsible for all aspects of our operations and product metrics in these chains
  • Develop and validate product hypotheses and support feature implementation
  • Research new growth opportunities, both within and outside the existing network portfolio
  • Build relationships with key partners in the ecosystem
  • Work really closely with the team on a daily basis to ensure product success and achievement of key metrics goals (DevOps, developers, marketing, sales, finance)
  • Actively participate in the community life (collaboration with the validator community, act as an expert for our client support team, participate in on-chain governance & community discussions)

Requirements

  • Experience in product and team management as a Product Manager or Product Owner of 2+ years (preferable: fintech or web3 companies)
  • A passion for decentralized technology concepts
  • Prior experience working in web3 will be a plus, prior experience with the Cosmos ecosystem
  • Experience with B2B products and/or sales
  • Data-driven approach and analytical mindset
  • Successful products in a portfolio or growth hacks that you are proud of
  • Expertise in product management: analytics, finance, planning, marketing
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent English
