Responsibilities
- Work alongside another PM to support our growth in the Cosmos ecosystem
- Fully own a sub-set of our blockchain portfolio in the Cosmos ecosystem, i.e. be responsible for all aspects of our operations and product metrics in these chains
- Develop and validate product hypotheses and support feature implementation
- Research new growth opportunities, both within and outside the existing network portfolio
- Build relationships with key partners in the ecosystem
- Work really closely with the team on a daily basis to ensure product success and achievement of key metrics goals (DevOps, developers, marketing, sales, finance)
- Actively participate in the community life (collaboration with the validator community, act as an expert for our client support team, participate in on-chain governance & community discussions)
Requirements
- Experience in product and team management as a Product Manager or Product Owner of 2+ years (preferable: fintech or web3 companies)
- A passion for decentralized technology concepts
- Prior experience working in web3 will be a plus, prior experience with the Cosmos ecosystem
- Experience with B2B products and/or sales
- Data-driven approach and analytical mindset
- Successful products in a portfolio or growth hacks that you are proud of
- Expertise in product management: analytics, finance, planning, marketing
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent English
