Product Manager L2 & ZK

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside L2 Unit Lead to support new product launches within L2
  • Fully own a sub-set of our blockchain portfolio in the L2 ecosystem, i.e. be responsible for all aspects of our operations and product metrics in these chains
  • Develop and validate product hypotheses and support feature implementation
  • Research new growth opportunities, both within and outside the existing network portfolio
  • Build relationships with key partners in the ecosystem
  • Work closely with the team on a daily basis to ensure product success and achievement of key metrics goals (DevOps, developers, marketing, sales, finance)
  • Actively participate in the community life (collaboration with the validator community, act as an expert for our client support team, participate in on-chain governance & community discussions)
  • Work on ZK hardware deals

Requirements

  • Experience in product and team management as a Product Manager or Product Owner of 2+ years (preferable: fintech or web3 companies)
  • A passion for decentralized technology concepts
  • Prior experience working in web3 will be a plus
  • Experience with B2B products and/or sales
  • Data-driven approach and analytical mindset
  • Successful products in a portfolio or growth hacks that you are proud of
  • Expertise in product management: analytics, finance, planning, marketing
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent English

Will be a plus:

  • Relevant work experience in product companies for at least 3 years
  • Experience with Redash (or other analytics and visualization tools)
  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Proficiency in advanced SQL, including different joins and window expressions (utilizing Google BigQuery)
  • Competence with the analytical Python stack
  • Familiarity with ETL instruments such as Airflow and DBT
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
