Responsibilities

Head of infrastructure is responsible for the design, implementation and support of P2P Staking infrastructure. Providing strategic coordination, standardise, and technical governance. The role involves designing solutions in line with the company strategic goals and roadmap.

  • Provide tecnical advisory or leadership where required to support product teams
  • Design infrastructure solutions for high availability, resiliency, integrity and security
  • Perform project delivery functions ensuring the sucessful implementation of new projects, platforms and upgrades.
  • Review existing systems and recommend changes and improvements to take advantage of best technology solutions
  • Quality assurance, inventory and documentation of company infrastructure
  • Contribute to incident handling, troubleshooting and act as a higher level of escalation
  • Ensure that infrastructure and all systems meet and endeavour to exceed the agreed service levels

Requirements

  • Proven success with providing technical infrastructure leadership
  • Technical knowledge and expertise in the development of infrastructure architecture and standards
  • Experience working in large complex technology environments
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with Linux
  • Scripting skills (bash, python)
  • Experience with security (server hardening, network hardening)
  • Good understanding of cryptography concepts and types
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly
  • English B2+
