We are seeking a Growth Product Marketing Hacker to join our dynamic team at P2P.org.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, launching new blockchain networks and driving hyper-growth through out-of-the-box marketing strategies. Your unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills will be essential in establishing and growing our partnerships with new protocols, as well as crafting campaigns that resonate deeply with our target audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies that drive user adoption and engagement
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams for seamless execution of new network launches, from planning and content creation to promotion and performance analysis, ensuring campaigns are both impactful and out-of-the-box.
- Cultivate and grow strong relationships with blockchain protocols, industry partners, and communities
- Collaborate closely with our product development, content, and design teams to create and implement holistic, multichannel marketing campaigns that enhance our brand and drive growth.
- Combine data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights, optimizing strategies and campaigns for maximum impact and virality.
- RepresentP2P.org at industry events, and plan online/offline events that promote our integrations, engage with our community, and drive business development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on creative growth marketing or product marketing in the blockchain or crypto industry.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful, innovative marketing campaigns that lead to significant growth and traction.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, staking, and the crypto industry’s evolving landscape.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a talent for forging strong partnerships and collaborating across teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for identifying growth opportunities and pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
