Responsibilities
- Create, review, and distribute documents, ensuring proper version control and document formatting
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure document quality and suitability
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documents, including revisions, approvals, and distribution history
- Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of records as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to coordinate document-related activities
- Communicate changes, updates, and important information regarding document control processes to relevant stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc requests
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as legal, compliance, business administration, etc.
- Previous experience in document control, compliance, records management, or a related field is highly desirable
- Familiarity with document management systems and software is also beneficial (Jira, Docusign),
- Basic automatisation skills
- Attention to details
- English (fluent)
