Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own processes in main development team and delivery results of the team.
  • Work on proper team structure and resource management.
  • Be in charge of planning and delivering of value.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure quality control throughout project life cycles.


    Team Leadership:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Address and resolve any team-related issues.


    Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, 1 year on the position of Delivery lead with a proven track record of managing teams of 30+ people
  • Have an ability to have an influence on the teams without being the direct manager
  • Understand what affects delivery and how we can optimize it
  • Language - upper intermediate

    Skills:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Certifications: Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong plus.

    Nice to Have:

  • Interest or background in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
