Delivery manager
P2P.org is leading validator for crypto running Proof-of-Stake consensus. We are in Top-10 validators list for many cutting edge cryptos such as Ethereum 2.0, Solana, Tezos, Cosmos, Polkadot. We are running over 500 nodes for 30+ blockchains with more than $2B in total assets.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Own processes in main development team and delivery results of the team.
- Work on proper team structure and resource management.
- Be in charge of planning and delivering of value.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure quality control throughout project life cycles.
Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Address and resolve any team-related issues.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, 1 year on the position of Delivery lead with a proven track record of managing teams of 30+ people
- Have an ability to have an influence on the teams without being the direct manager
- Understand what affects delivery and how we can optimize it
Language - upper intermediate
Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management software and tools
Certifications: Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong plus.
Nice to Have:
- Interest or background in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Experience in Agile methodologies
