Business Development manager (new network's)

Business development


Our business development team is developing and now we are searching for web3 partnership specialist, who is not afraid of cold outreach. There are two main streams of building relationship: with blockchain foundations and with investors.

  • Attracting delegations, grants and selling additional services to blockchain foundations
  • Identification of key stakeholders and establishing relationships with them
  • Achievement of semi-annual financial goals in their area
  • Cold relationship building
  • Conducting negotiations, presentations, closing deals
  • Sale of staking in new networks to a limited number of investors in these networks


  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales of complex technology products at C-level (CTO, founder, CEO)
  • Perfect spoken and written English at mother tongue level
  • Deep understanding of the blockchain market and technology
  • High degree of independent organization of work and discipline
  • Ability to maintain a high pace of work
