- Attracting delegations, grants and selling additional services to blockchain foundations
- Identification of key stakeholders and establishing relationships with them
- Achievement of semi-annual financial goals in their area
- Cold relationship building
- Conducting negotiations, presentations, closing deals
- Sale of staking in new networks to a limited number of investors in these networks
