Business Development Manager (MENA, Direct Sales)

Responsibilities
- Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products in MENA.
- Work with clients which include various types of funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (whales).
- Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand and address their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with relevant departmentsβproduct, legal, and researchβto ensure smooth deal closure.
- Oversee the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance.
- Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD).
- Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes.
- Fluent in written and spoken English at a native level, with proficiency in a regional language (Hebrew)
- Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.
- Highly self-organized and disciplined.
- Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
