Responsibilities

  • Working on the strategic account list with action plans to acquire and grow business relationships with crypto exchanges, wallets, custody providers and banks;
  • Managing a full user lifecycle from prospecting to signing, including all commercial negotiations, and then helping make them successful;
  • Participating in both high-level business and technical discussions within various organizational tiers, effectively communicating P2P's unique selling points;
  • Managing and spearheading deals, autonomously coordinating with relevant departments required for deal closure - product, legal, and research

Requirements

  • Crypto-native: Pre-existing knowledge about the crypto market in general, blockchains technologies and Web3 concepts;
  • A minimum of five years in a quota-driven, full-cycle Business development/Sales manager, Account Executive role with proven proficiency in prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and deal closing;
  • Proven background in a rapidly growing tech company environment;
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations;
  • A consultative approach to sales, supported by strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a mandatory proficiency in closing deals.
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, complemented by proficiency in either French or German, with the ideal candidate being fluent in both;
  • Extraordinary sense of ownership.
