Our Business Development Manager will contribute to building and managing the full sales cycle of business development. This includes analysing and identifying opportunities, as well as rewarding partners.

The business development approach at P2P.org is built on the proactive efforts of every BDM in collaboration with the product, legal, and research teams. You should be persistent in your drive to close a deal, curious, and inventive in finding ways to achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products in the U.S.
  • Clients include various types of funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (whales).
  • Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand and address their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to ensure smooth deal closure.
  • Oversee the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD).
  • Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English at a native level, with proficiency in a regional language.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.
  • Highly self-organized and disciplined.
  • Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
