Responsibilities

  • Executing direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products in the APAC and MENA regions
  • Independently seeking out and forging relationships with stakeholders, identifying and crafting their needs, and presenting the solution
  • Managing and spearheading deals, autonomously coordinating with relevant departments required for deal closure - product, legal, and research

Requirements

The business development approach at P2P.org is built on the proactive efforts of every BDM in collaboration with the product, legal, and research teams. You should be persistent in your drive to close a deal, curious, and inventive in finding ways to achieve results.

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, especially in tech or finance
  • Proven experience with big deals (around $1 million+ USD)
  • Comfortable in a competitive, cold outreach to stakeholders at the C-level and company founders with a successful outcome
  • Fluent written and spoken English at the mother tongue level, as well as proficiency in a regional language
  • Comprehensive understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies
  • High degree of self-organization and discipline
  • Capability to sustain a high work tempo
