Business Development Lead at Neutron

  • Rapidly scale Neutron’s partnerships, user base and developer base
  • Design a competitive developer funnel with specific strategies to capture top tier builders and development activity, including but not limited to hackathons, hacker houses, academic partnerships and online academies, meetups, etc
  • Assemble and mentor a global BD team
  • Supervise attendance to conferences: track relevant events worldwide and make strategic decisions
  • Supervise Neutron’s grant and ecosystem partners programs to maximize ROI
  • Work with the Community/Marketing departments to coordinate announcements and with the Product/Tech teams to steer Neutron towards its most attractive form


  • Fluent English (C1 or higher, written and spoken)
  • Technology-related sales or business development experience
  • Deep understanding of DeFi and Cosmos
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills
  • Flexibility, autonomy and dedication
